Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded electronically between Ataklar Danışmanlık Yay. ve İnş. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Unalan Mah. Soyak Cami Sok. No:6A/9, Uskudar, 34700 Istanbul, Turkiye (“Seller”), and the consumer identified during checkout (“Buyer”). Seller contact details: info@sajea.com.tr, +90 (216) 394 10 13.

2. Subject

It governs the sale, payment and delivery of products ordered through www.sajea.com.tr and the parties’ rights under Turkish consumer law. The order summary, product, quantity, VAT-inclusive price, shipping, delivery and payment information form an integral part of this agreement.

3. Payment and delivery

Payment is made using an enabled bank transfer or 3D Secure virtual POS method. Card data is processed by the bank and is not stored by the Seller. Orders are delivered within the period stated during checkout and within the applicable statutory maximum.

4. Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery by sending a clear written statement to info@sajea.com.tr or another durable medium. A telephone call alone is insufficient.

5. Hygiene exception

The right of withdrawal does not apply to intimate hygiene and personal-care goods whose protective packaging, seal or wrapping has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. Statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.

6. Returns and refunds

Products must be returned complete and in accordance with applicable time limits. Accepted refunds are made through the original payment method, without additional cost to the Buyer, within the statutory period.

7. Disputes and effectiveness

Turkish law applies. The Buyer may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court, depending on the applicable monetary threshold. This agreement becomes effective when the order is electronically confirmed.
