Returns and Withdrawal Policy

1. Withdrawal period

You may notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery. Send your written request and order number to info@sajea.com.tr.

2. Hygiene products

For health and hygiene reasons, intimate-care products whose packaging, seal, tape or other protective elements have been opened after delivery cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal. If you may return an item, do not open its protective packaging.

3. Defective or incorrect products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from your order, contact info@sajea.com.tr with your order number and photographs. Your statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.

4. Return shipment and refund

Return instructions and the designated carrier will be provided in writing. The product must be returned unused and complete with its invoice, accessories, gifts and original protective packaging. Accepted refunds are issued through the original payment method within the applicable statutory period.
